Holiday 2020 Shipping & Return Policy
With online shopping reaching record highs this holiday season due to COVID-19, we at Greyson encourage you to shop early, and avoid the stress of anticipated shipping delays.
This comes as a recommendation from our parcel service providers to ensure gifts arrive on time. In order to further accommodate holiday shopping, we have extended our return policy. All purchases made between November 17th, 2020 and December 23rd, 2020 will be accepted for 60 days from the date of purchase
Return & Exchange Policy
At Greyson Clothiers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We've created this return and exchange process to make your experience as easy as possible!
Unworn or unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30days of the original order delivery if accompanied by original tags.
All online order returns and exchanges must be made through our returns process here. For items purchased through one of our authorized retailers, please work with the store directly.
Please note, any items marked "Final Sale - No Returns or Exchanges" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom Embroidered Items
Custom embroidered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
How To Return An Item
To begin the returns process, please visit our returns center and enter your order number (example: DTC #12345) and your shipping zip code. Select which items from your order you wish to return. Print the provided return shipping label and packing slip. Package your return and drop off at a carrier facility. You will be notified when your return has been received at our warehouse. Once received, we will refund your original form of payment in 3-5 business days.
How To Exchange An Item For A Different Size Or Color
To begin the exchange process, please visit our returns center and use the email address associated with your order or select start with an order number and enter your order number (example: DTC #12345). Select which items from your order you wish to exchange and then select the new color and/or size you wish to exchange for. Print the provided return shipping label and packing slip. Package your order and drop off at a carrier facility. Your new item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours of being received at our facility.
Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return arrives back at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for the credit to appear back on your statement.
*Original shipping charges will not be refunded.*
