Not happy
"Purchased this polo and the quality is great, but the customer service is terrible. I returned some items for an exchange and was supposed to receive a refund. It has now been over three weeks and I still haven’t received my money. I’ve called customer support three separate times and each time I’ve been given the runaround with no clear answer or resolution. At this point it feels like they are intentionally delaying the refund and hoping I’ll give up. For a premium brand like Greyson, this is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before ordering."
