The Fall Tech Story
Let’s talk tech. Unless you’re a serious golfer or athlete, you’re probably not too concerned about the technical features of your garment. A polo is a polo, a jacket is a jacket, right? Well not exactly, some polos are made with specific functionality in mind. For example, our technical polos are made to wick moisture away from your body. That means - wherever you are, whether you're on the course or heading to your next meeting- you won’t be sweating when you get there. Sounds nice, right? Our jackets are made to keep you warm (without getting too hot) and move with you instead of against you. With complete freedom of movement, you’ll be able to effectively focus on your swing, which (believe us) is a total game-changer. So, even if you’re not super into fabrics or tech-savvy when it comes to fashion, it’s definitely a factor to consider when you go to buy your next polo or mid-layer or trouser. You want to know what you’re buying, what you’re putting on your body, how it’s going to look, and how it’s going to feel. And we want to help make that decision a little easier. Here we’ve rounded up our top technical pieces for fall. Fashion meets function this season, as all of these pieces are not only made with performance in mind, but superior styling as well. The Omaha polo is handcrafted to be a cool touch pique. Built with a blend of Cotton, Brrr° Nylon & Brrr° Polyester this polo offers plenty of drape and stretch. The paperweight material is soft to touch and feels like wearing a polo shirt made from water - if that were possible. Three-button placket finished with a simple collar and sleeves so you can focus on your game instead of tugging at your polo.
The Cayuse polo is made from a meticulous blend of Polyester and Spandex. Lightweight with plenty of stretch, the material actively wicks moisture away from your body while you play, keeping you dry and comfortable on course. The four-button placket is intentional for maximum comfort, while the minimalistic collar and no fuss sleeves give you enough room to focus on your swing.
Brand new this season, the Iroquois vest is an updated version of our Sioux vest. Made from a combination of two different types of fabrics, the Schoeller Soft Shell covers the majority of the vest, and the Jersey Lomellina B-Melange completes the garment. The Soft Shell material is a unique blend of Polyester, Nylon, Polyurethane Fibre, and Elastane, while the Jersey material is a simpler cotton/poly blend. The use of both fabrics is intended to keep the wearer warm in their core, where your body temperature is most regulated, while also providing a soft-to-the-touch feel. This vest features side panels for extra warmth, a full zip, double zipper, and interior collar. Finished with two front pockets with zippers, and a chest pocket with an invisible zipper, allowing for plenty of room to store phones, tees, gloves and whatever else you may need on the course.
The Montauk jogger is making major waves, both in the golf industry and beyond. The laidback loose look is taking over celebrity street style, and the Montauk joggers have set the tone. Suitable for the course, for a workout or a night out, they are loose but not too loose, casual but not too casual. These joggers are satin finished with eight-way stretch performance fabric sourced in Italy. Unbelievably soft and made with plenty of stretch, these joggers are complete with elastic ankle cuffs, making them easy to wear with any shoe. The Montauk is finished with the iconic perforated camo pocket bags and metal rivet for branding as well as the exclusive Greyson sport waistband for comfort and function.
The Senesqua Hybrid jacket is lightweight with just the right amount of stretch and breathability. The three-piece hood features a bungee drawstring to keep you sheltered from the cold, while the full-zip, double zipper allows for versatility wherever you may be. For added comfort and style, we used a diamond quilt pattern (because the more comfortable and warm the better). This jacket can be easily layered with a polo and light mid layer, and looks great on the course or in the clubhouse.
This full zip mid layer is one of our favorites. Throw on over a polo or t-shirt or add a jacket on top for those extremely cold days, the Sequoia Lux is versatile and multi-functionalPr. Constructed with an Italian fabric windproof shell with brushed back fleece lining for comfort and warmth. Featuring shoulder paneling and rib inserts along the sleeves for modern styling. Complete with a bungee hem and reflective heat-sealed Greyson wolf logo on the back of the neck.
Windproof and water-resistant, the Comanche Hybrid jacket is a must have wardrobe essential. Made with 8-way stretch Italian fabric on the lower body, and sleeve paneling underneath the arms for free range of motion while you play. The reflective taping on the back hem provides added style. As stylish as it is comfortable, this is one of those rare pieces you can wear on the course and on your way to work on those cold November mornings.
The Huron vest is a full zip quilted vest with a stand-up collar for added warmth and protection. The lower half of the vest is made with brush back material and features two side front pockets to store your phone and extra tees while you play. This vest is a foolproof fall layering piece because it keeps your core at an optimal temperature while you play.
The perfect mid layer for those transitional periods in between seasons, the Tate is made with the highest quality tech fabric. Sourced from Italy, the nylon/elastane blend was developed with serious function and performance in mind. The brushback fabric is buttery soft with the perfect amount of stretch. Quarter-zip for just the right amount of breathability, this mid layer moves as you do.
