THE ROSE LION

As we skated by the eight-legged snow monsters, the ice began to thaw and the sun shined through the jaws of icicles. We could spot the rolling grass plateaus with trees, the majestic monkeys howled as we came closer. The frozen tundra had turned to the sweet smell of roses. As we stood by each other we felt a sense of strength … together … as a pack. Each petal would present a different unique sense of nature. As we crossed into the thorn garden, we were destined to meet our next partner … we could sense something greater at work. This beautiful lion draped with roses serendipitously appeared behind the thorns. Without force, we drew closer. The Rose Lion would join the pack growing to be an integral part … proving that passion is as strong as anything.
