The Morgan Hoffmann Foundation was established as a non-profit organization in 2017, shortly after Morgan received his diagnosis. The foundation is dedicated to raising funds for Muscular Dystrophy research and supporting programs that empower those battling chronic diseases. Its mission is to find a cure for Muscular Dystrophy while working towards creating a specialized health and wellness center. This center will serve as a comprehensive, therapeutic "one-stop shop," offering access to doctors, therapists, trainers, and specialists who will provide accurate diagnoses, as well as the mental and physical therapy needed for those facing various ailments.
